This is the privacy policy for veyravos.com ("we", "us"). It explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We keep this simple because there isn't much to collect.

1. What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

Your email address — to send you the playbook and follow-up emails
Signup timestamp — for our records and compliance
Optional first name if you provide it (used to personalize emails)

We do not collect: IP addresses for tracking, browsing behavior, cookies, payment data, location, or any other personal information beyond what you submit in the form.

2. Why we collect it

Your email is used only to send you:

Follow-up emails with related AI money strategies
Occasional updates about Veyra Vos content

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any other purpose.

3. How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe (one click in any email footer), your data is removed from active mailing lists. We may retain a hashed record for compliance with anti-spam laws.

4. Who processes your data

veyravos.com (us) — primary data controller
Listmonk (self-hosted on our own server) — handles email storage and delivery
Our email server (exim4 on our own infrastructure) — sends emails to your inbox
Google Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymized site analytics (see section 6)
Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — anonymized site analytics (see section 6)

Email and subscription data stays on our servers. Aggregated visit analytics is shared with Google and Yandex per their privacy policies.

5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we have on you
Delete — request complete removal of your data
Correct — fix any wrong data
Port — receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time

6. Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics services to understand site usage and improve our content:

Google Analytics (GA4) — sets cookies to track aggregated visit metrics (page views, traffic sources, basic device info). Data is processed by Google. Google Privacy Policy.
Yandex Metrica — sets cookies for similar analytics plus session recordings (Webvisor) to understand how visitors interact with the page. Data is processed by Yandex. Yandex Privacy Policy.

These services may collect: anonymized IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time spent on pages, clicks. They do not see your email or personal data submitted to our newsletter form.

7. Children

Our service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it immediately.

8. Security

Data is stored on our own server with industry-standard security. Connections are encrypted with TLS. We do our best to keep your data safe but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
